  • Synchronous Online Tutorial: Additionally, the module includes a mandatory live online tutorial to facilitate real-time interaction, discussion, and feedback.

Assessment

Participants’ learning and competencies are assessed through:

  • Written Essay (70%): Participants must complete a comprehensive essay demonstrating their understanding and practical application of the course content.

  • Class Participation and Reflective Assessment (30%): Continuous assessment involves active engagement during classes and completion of reflective activities designed to encourage practical integration of supervisory skills.
